Consignor Benefits
    ·Your earned check will be 70% of the total sales amount of your items, minus a $7.00 sign-up fee.
    ·Schedule your personal drop-off time that works best for your schedule.
    ·All consignors will be able to shop at exclusive Consignor presale Thursday night at 5:30pm.
    ·You will enter your items into our inventory system and print barcode tags right from your home computer.
    ·At the close of each sale day, you will know exactly how much you have earned by tracking sales on your home computer!  

·Your check will come in the mail within two weeks of the end of the sale. No calling or pick-up necessary.

Our event is growing by leaps and bounds and, as a result, we will need to limit the number of items to 200 per consignor. Please keep in mind that items can be grouped and priced together: outfits with multiple pieces, bedding sets, and other toy and clothing groupings count as a single item. You can group a pair of pants and a top together to make an outfit (recommended for sizes UNDER 2T), group multiple onesies or sleepers together, create a grouping with a few tops or a few bottoms, etc. All grouped items MUST be the SAME SIZE and will be most 'sellable' if they are a similar style. Our most successful consignors have mastered the art of bundling their items to create as much value as possible for our shoppers.
 
For our Fall/Winter sale we will accept the following items:
    ·Fall/Winter clothing for preemies - junior sizes.
    ·Shoes  – must be in excellent condition
    ·Maternity clothes - for any season
    ·School uniforms and dance wear
    ·Toys, puzzles, games - must be in excellent condition. All parts of the games or puzzles must be present, and WORKING BATTERIES MUST BE INCLUDED.
    ·Outdoor toys - tricycles, toddler bikes, outdoor push toys, rollerblades, etc.
    ·Books - children's books, parenting books, pregnancy books. All must be in good condition with no pages missing.
    ·Bedding - pillows, sheets, comforters, dust ruffles, coordinating sets, etc.
    ·Nursery items - such as crib sheets, blankets, bumpers, nursery decorations, mobiles, changing tables, dressers (crib/dresser set only), etc.
    ·Baby furniture and equipment - cribs, strollers, excersaucers, rockers, bouncy seats, baby swings, pack'nplays, carriers, walkers, etc.
    ·Car seats - infant to toddler (booster) seats that are not more than 4 years old.
    ·Sporting goods - equipment, shin guards, baseball gloves, etc.
    ·Electronics - Game Boys, Leap Pads, etc., (with batteries where appropriate)DVDs, CDs, VHS, Computer games for children.
    ·TOYS, TOYS, TOYS, they are the best sellers - again, must have working batteries
 
We will not accept:
    ·Spring/Summer items (but please save them for our Spring/Summer sale!)
    ·Stuffed animals - unless they dance, move, talk, etc (Hokey Pokey Elmo)
    ·Clothing and shoes that are not in excellent condition - stained, torn, broken zippers, missing buttons, outdated, etc.
    ·Battery-operated toys that do not have working batteries and/or not working properly.
    ·Handmade items such as knitted hats, sweaters, socks, etc., unless they are one of a kind.

Any recalled item - please check your toys/baby gear against the recall list found in the "recall information" tab

    ·Car seats that are older than 4 years
    ·Anything that is dirty, stained, broken, cracked, filthy, or we think will not sell for any other reason.

 
 
We will be very particular!  Please, do not be offended if we turn away items. We want to make this a quality sale where consignors as well as shoppers see quality merchandise at great prices.
 
Drop Off
Drop off for your items are on Tuesday, October 5 and Wednesday, October 6. You can pick a 15 minute time frame that is most convenient for you for your drop off on your Consignor Login page.  Please stay within that time.
 
Alternate drop off times/dates might be available under special circumstances. Please call if you need a different drop off time and we will try our best to accommodate you.
 
Pick Up
If you would like your unsold items, you must pick up your items on Saturday, between 2:30pm and 4:30pm. You will be responsible for locating all of your unsold items. Any items that are not picked up by 4:30pm will become sole property of Pigtails & Cowlicks. Most items will be placed in our Blessings Closet. Sorry, there are no exceptions as we do not have any facilities to store the items.
